Ingredients

  • 1 glass(about 1 cup/240 ml) water
  • 1 scoopice cream
  • 1 quart(about 1 liter) milk
  • 1 packetrose falooda mix
  • Chopped cashews, almonds, raisins, tutti frutti, and cherries, as needed for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    First, pour the milk and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Add the rose falooda mix powder, stir well, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

    Pour the chilled falooda into a glass, top with a scoop of ice cream, and garnish with nuts, tutti frutti, and cherries before serving.
