Ingredients

  • 1 literamul gold milk
  • 1 cupsugar,
  • as required vanilla essence,
  • 2tsp cms powder,
  • 4tbsp GMS powder,
  • 4 tbspcorn flour
  • 2 mango pulp

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam ok one liter milk on stove,keep one cup cold milk aside before putting on stove,now until first baf prepare milk then add sugar

  2. 2

    Add4tbsp GMS n cornflour to keep aside milk cup n add 2tsp cms powder n mix well then add to boiling milk n mix all well around 10-12minutes

  3. 3

    Off the gas n manually cool down milk completely n pour into air tight container n freeze it for 8hrs

  4. 4

    After 8hrs,beat the ice cream until thicken n add vanilla essence few drops n mango pulp cup and bit well with bitter for sometime n pour into airtight container freeze again for 8hrs n your mango icream is ready

  5. 5

    Can garnish with desired toppings like me and njoy cool cool ice cream in this summer
