Steps

Melt jaggery in the water and strain well
- 2
Add grated coconut and stirr well. Add crushed cardomom and ghee. cook till the water is dried up.and keep aside.

Add 1 cup of boiled water to the flour little by little and mix well with a wooden spoon. And keep aside until warm.

Dough should not be sticky.Knead the dough until soft. And make medium balls.

Place one ball in your palm and Press it with the other hand and make it thin. Start folding it inwards in such a way that you get a cup shape.

Put 2 tspns of filling in to it and cover it and roll it in to a ball shape.

Steam the balls in to a steameer for 10 minuits.

Serve with black tea.
