For the marinade i blended green peppers, spring onions,celery parsley, garlic and oil

Add seasoning cubes, black pepper, cumin, curry, garlic powder, harissa and salt to the marinade

Wash the chicken and dry out with a napkin

Marinade and refrigerate for an hour

Stuff the chicken with spiced parboiled rice and carrots

Bake at 180 for an hour
