  2. 1 tspWhite zeera
  3. half tspAjwein
  4. Salt as your taste
  5. Water
  6. 15-18Spinach (Palak) Leaves

    Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Besan), White zeera, Ajwein & mix all the dry ingredients.

    Then add water & make a liquid paste.

    Now in liquid paste add Palak leave and mix well.

    Now heat oil in a wok then make fry palak pakora until golden brown.

    Now Palak Pakora is ready to Serve with ketchup, Mayonnaise, or any kind of chutni as your desire.
