Beetroot Carrot Soup
Steps

Take two cups of water in a pan and add all the veggies chopped in this. Let it boil properly cover the lid of the pan.

When it boils drain all the water in a bowl and take the boiled veggies in a grinder and grind it completely

Now again keep a pan on gas and pour the clear water of the soup and the mashed veggies together and let it boil properly again till it thickens.

Now add all the spices like salt black salt black pepper Garam Masala and sugar in it. Cook this until it becomes thick.

The immunity booster soup is ready to serve with good consistency.
