Mexican Rice

Heat the oil in a pan and fry it by adding garlic. Now add the onions and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add rice and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add green yellow red capsicum and carrot and mix.

Now add peas, makai seeds and tomato puree and mix.

Now add salt pepper powder and cumin powder.

Now add red chili powder, red chilli flakes and oregano and mix.

Now add tomato ketchup and water, mix and add green chilli and allow it to cook for 5-6 minutes.

When there is little water, then add green coriander and mix it and cook it on low flame for 6_8 minutes and keep stirring occasionally.

When the water dries, then turn off the flame of the gas and serve it hot.
