Yakitori with My Family's Yummy Sauce

I made this at the request of my husband who wanted to eat yakitori.
Please be careful not to hurt yourself when you skewer the ingredients If you cook the sauce over high heat, it will be burnt and become salty, so please be careful. Recipe by *Anna*

Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and cut the Japanese leek into 2 cm pieces. Alternately skewer the chicken and Japanese leek. Use 3 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of Japanese leek.
- 2
Add the ※ ingredients in a small pot, and turn on the heat to medium. When it starts to boil, mix with a spatula so that it won't burn, and simmer until thickened.
- 3
Simultaneously, heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and arrange the Step 1 skewers. Cover with a lid and leave it ajar. Pan-fry over medium-high until both sides are browned.
- 4
Drizzle the Step 2 sauce into Step 3. When the chicken and leek are evenly coated with the sauce, it's done.
