3/4 cupAlmonds
1 1/2 cupwater
Cold water

Take a saucepan and add water, turn on flame and add almonds in the saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes.

Now add cold water in the almonds and let them out. Peel off the skin of almonds.

Keep the almonds in the fridge or can Freeze it for further use.
