Steps

Take a Tawa pour 1 tbsp of oil, after the oil is hot add bay leaf, cinnamon, Cumin, ginger,garlic,cashews &onions and fry them nicely until the onion turns brown.

After they are fully fried keep it aside let it cool, meanwhile take your tomato cut it and grind it in your mixer to make a puree. And keep the puree aside.

Once the fried ingredients are cool,grind them too in your mixer. if need you can add few spoons of water to make them a smooth paste texture.

Now take a kadai pour 2tsp of oil, once the oil is heat pour the Masala paste into it and stir nicely after 1 min pour the tomato puree too. Mix them nicely add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder & salt as required.

Now cut your panner in cubes and add it to the curry and add a bit of water if its too creamy and bring the gravy to boil by covering its lid until 5 min, now add few coriander leaves and serve it hot with your soft chapati.
