Boil the milk.After the first boil, add one tbsp lemon juice,then slowly the second tbsp.You will see the milk curdling a bit. Then add one more tbsp of juice and stir.

Now the milk curdles and it's ready to seive it on a cheese cloth. Wash it and hang it for some time to remove the excess water. Now in a grinder add this soft cheese and salt,vanilla essence and the remaining one tbsp lemon juice.Churn to a smooth paste, two three times.

Transfer it to clean air tight jar. Use the way you want, Store it in the fridge. It can stay well for a week if kept in the fridge..
Notes
This homemade cream cheese is made in two ways. One, the way I showed and second with hung curd. I prefer the first way. Cream cheese is a bit salty and tangy in taste.
