  2. 3-4 cupsPani (Water)
  3. ½ tspNamak or to taste
  4. 1/2 kgChicken boneless (Cubes)
  5. 8-10Lal mirch sabut
  6. 1 & ½ tbsAdrak lehsan paste
  7. 1 tbsDhania Roasted & crushed
  8. 1 tbsZeera Roasted & crushed
  9. 1/4 cuphara dhania
  10. 1/4 CupPodina
  11. 2-3Hari mirch
  12. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  13. 1 tbsDahi
  14. 1-2Anday

Cooking Instructions

    Pot mein chana daal aur pani dal dein,ubal anay ka bad chicken dal kar mix kar lein.

    Sabut lal mirch,adrak lehsan paste,namak,dhania aur zeera dal kar ache tarhan mix kar lein.

    Dhak kar gul janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes approx.) phir tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein aur thanda kar lein.

    Chopper mein hara dhania,podina aur hari mirch dal kar grind kar lein.

    Chicken mixture,garam masala powder,dahi aur anday dal kar ache tarhan grind kar lein.

  6. 6

    Haathon ko pani sa geela karein aur mixture ka ek jaisay size ka 15-18 shami kababs bana lein aur 1 month tak freezer mein freeze kar saktay han.

    Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur kababs ko golden brown fry kar lien.

  8. 8

    Ketchup ka saath serve karein.
