Add 1 tsp olive oil in a frying pan then heat up and add the pork cook for 3 minutes then turn down the heat to medium and cook until cooked 10 minutes about

Next add the chillies and red onion and cook for 1 minute.

Next add the tsp chinese salt n pepper seasoning mix in then serve on a bed of wild Rocket.

But when using it on chips, chicken or pork you only need to use a 1/2 tsp with 1 tbls diced onions and a pinch of chilli flakes, as its strong when the meat is cooked then add the mix to a frying pan and coat the meat all over fry for just 1 minute. Done same for chips cook them first then add them to a pan and sprinkle over the mix. 😃🥰🥰
