Steps

Take a bowl and add both wheat flour and mix it well,add salt and oil and mix it properly. Slowly add water to knead dough, it should not be soft or not hard.It should like paratha dough.

Apply oil and keep aside for 10 minutes.Then make a small ball.and just press with palm making hole in between the ball.And bake it in a oven for 180 degree for 40min. Your baati is ready. Apply ghee on it.

Pressure cook all mix dal,when it is cook add all dry masala,salt and mix it well and temper it with mustard seed, jeera seed,saute onion,tomato add lasun chutney and saute for 5 min and add to dal.And cook the dal for 10min on slow flame.

For lasun chutney blend all ingredients into mixer and cook in pan by adding oil for 5 min to remove raw smell of garlic.

Your dal baati is ready serve when it is hot,break baati in daal and top with lots of ghee on it enjoy with chilled chaas.
