  9. 1 tablespooncoconut cream
  10. 1 tablespoonkefir yogurt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonlime juice
  12. Pepper (optional)

    Brine chicken tenderloins in the refrigerator overnight to make them tender and juicy. Then, sear in a pan until cooked. Cut into dice and set aside.
