  9. Dipping sauce ingredients (adjust to taste)
  10. 1/2 cupminced ginger
  11. 3sliced red chilies
  12. 2 tablespoonsfermented soybeans
  13. 1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
  14. 1/2 tablespoondark soy sauce
  15. 2 tablespoonssugar
  16. 4small pickled garlic cloves, minced
  17. 1 tablespoonpickled garlic juice
  18. 1 tablespoonvinegar

    Sauté the garlic, shallot, and ginger until golden. Add the rinsed jasmine rice, salt, and sugar. Stir until fragrant. Place the mixed rice in the rice cooker, add water, and place the chicken on top. Cook until the rice is done.
