I came up with this recipe because it can be bothersome using a frying pan, and the flavors get washed out when you try to cook rice with the seasoning already included.

If you are using garlic, use one clove. Cut it in half and crush it before adding it to the rice cooker (also applies to grated garlic).

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 700 grams●White rice
  2. 1●Stock cube (crushed)
  3. 4optional ●Wiener sausage or ham
  4. 1as necessary ●Frozen mixed vegetables or diced onion and carrots
  5. 4 tbspplus Ketchup
  6. 2 tbspplus Butter or margarine
  7. 1 smallamount (to taste) Garlic powder or garlic
  8. 1 dashBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice, and add a little less than 2 rice cooker cups of water. Slice the Wiener sausages into rounds. Add the ● ingredients into the rice cooker and cook.

    Give it a stir once cooked, and then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Done.
