This is my family's favorite asparagus dish.
It's easy to cook, cause no need to trim asparagus.
Steps

Rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper the asparagus. (No need to trim)
Wrap the pork belly slices around the asparagus tightly from crown to bottom.
Grip lightly and stick pork and asparagus together. - 2
The beaten egg and flour into the bowl and mix well to make batter.
Prepare panko(japanese bread crumb) into a shallow plate. - 3
Pick up the edge of asparagus batter by hand and cover with panko except the edge.
If you want to keep clean your hands you pick up the edge of asparagus with your left hand, batter by your right hand and cover with panko by your left hand.

Deep fry them in oil.
Serve the dish with lemon wedges.
Enjoy them with tonkatsu sauce or worcestershire sauce, maybe they go well with HPsauce too. - 5
