Steps

In a pan take 3/4 glass of water,add 1 cup jaggery.
Dissolve the jaggery completely and let it cool. - 2
Take a mixing bowl
Add 2 cup wheat flour
Add 1Tsp Baking powder - 3
Add 1 Tsp Baking soda
Mix it - 4
Now add
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Mix it
Strain the jaggery water and
Mix well. - 5

The batter is thick. So add half cup warm milk and mix well.

Now add 1/4 cup of refined oil and mix well.
Now the cake batter is ready. - 8
Grease the mould with oil and place the paper and grease

Pour the batter

Place a stand in cooker.
Place the mould.
Cover it.
Cook it for 40 - 50 minutes on low medium flame. - 11
Put a knife to check if comes out clean,cake baked completely.

Demould the cake

Remove the paper

Decoration
Take Dark chocolate Hershey's Syrup.
Pour on the cake and cover the cake by syrup - 16
Take the bourbon biscuits and crush it in to powder form.
Now drizzle the powder on cake and cover the cake. - 17

Now take 2 gems packet and give the final decoration.
