In a pot heat oil g. G paste..

Add chicken then fry for a min..

When white add all dry spices(salt, red chilli, cumin, coriander garam masala & Biryani masala)

Bhounfy till oil separate..

Now add water and potatoes..

Cover the lid and cook for 8,19 min..

Mean while Boil rice accordingly (as we do for Biryani rice)..

Soak rice accordingly to quality or variety..

Cook and set a side..

Roughly chopped tomatoes..

When chicken n potatoes tender..

Add tomatoes, mint, coriander, brown onion, green chilli over gravy..

Then sprinkle yellow food colour..

And add kewra..

Now put rice over it..

Cover the lid.. put on high flame for 3,4 min until steam cover all the area..

Then leave for 15,20 min on low flame..

Serve with kashumbar..
