Ingredients

  • 2 cupsWalnut kernels
  • 3/4 cupGhee
  • 1/4 cupmawa grated
  • 1 cupMilk powder
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1/2 tspGreen cardamom
  • 1 cupSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush walnuts coarsely. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add crushed walnuts and saute till fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add khoya and mix and continue to saute. Add milk powder and mix well and continue to saute.

  3. 3

    Add milk and mix.

  4. 4

    Add green cardamom powder and sugar and mix well and cook on medium heat till the mixture thickens to halwa consistency.

  5. 5

    Servev it hot
