  • to tasteSeason

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut backstrap into 1 in slices

  2. 2

    Place cut backstrap on bacon

    Season as you wish

  4. 4

    Cover in cheese

  5. 5

    Roll em up and secure with a toothpick

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  7. 7

    Cook em for 20 minutes

  8. 8

    Flip em, add some bbq sauce and cook another 20 minutes

  9. 9

    Enjoy!
