Heat milk and bring it to boil,then add cardamom powder and let it simmer for 20 to 25 mins at low heat.

Reduce the milk at low temperature.

In another pan heat ghee add Sawaiyan and bhunify till nice golden colour.

Add fried Sawaiyan in milk mixture.

And cook for 10 mins. Add fried nuts and kewra water and cook for a while.

Served chilled.
