Masala Daal Palak

Wash and boil tuwar daal up to 1 whistle of cooker.

In hand blender blend onion ginger garlic tomato green chili together.

In a Kadai add oil when it gets hot add cumin seed Mustard seed hing curry leaves and bay leaves saute for 2 mins.

Now add blended veggies. saute it till it becomes totally dry and leaves oil.

Add red chili powder garam masala salt Panchal masala again saute it for 2mins.

Now add chopped Spanish to it. Cook it for 5-7mins till Spanish changes colour.

Now add daal at letting it come up to boil cook it for 10-12 mins.

Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
