Dark Chocolate Cake

Take a mixing bowl, add sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder & salt, mix it well.

Now add eggs, milk, oil & vanilla extract. Mix it for 7 minutes with a whisk.

Add in the hot decaf coffee, whisk it for 3 minutes.

Take a cake tin, grease & flour it, place butter paper in the bottom.

Pour the batter evenly into the tin.

Pre heat the oven to 180 degree centigrade, place the cake tin into the oven.

Bake for 35 minutes, until a knife inserted, comes out clean.

Cool it for 10 minutes. Remove it from the tin, keep aside.

For Frosting...a). Sift the cocoa powder & sugar to remove any lumps.

B). Take a bowl, add cocoa powder & sugar, add milk & vanilla whisk it for 2 minutes.

C). Add butter now, whisk it well to get a spreading consistency.

Frost the cake. Cover all the layers of cake.

Garnish it with grated dark chocolate, gems & nutties.

Have it in tea time.
