50 gmgram flour half Cup
HalfCup Curd
HalfCup water
Termeric, Salt to test
For Tadka.oil Mustard sids, Jira,Hing,kadi patta,Dhaniya

Mix the gram flour, Curd, water, Salt, Turmeric

Put on the Gas in low flame & stir the mixture for 5 minutes & then switch off Gas.

Grease the Plate & then Apply thin layer of mixture very speedy.

Cut the Roll in 2 inch size & do the tadka.
