Ingredients

  1. 1 literMilk
  2. 200 gmSugar
  3. 80-100 gmVermicelli
  4. 2Cardamom (Crushed)
  5. Dry fruits as per you need
  6. 2 tblspn Ghee
  7. 1 teaspn kewra essence

Steps

15-20 mints
  1. 1

    Pan Mein ghee garam kijye
    Cardamom & vermicelli add Kar k rakh lijye

  2. 2

    Milk boil kijye, then add all Dry fruits,
    & Then add fried vermicelli cook 7-8 mints on low flame.

  3. 3

    Then add sugar and cook 2-3 mints

  4. 4

    Add Kewrha essence in half cup of water, then mix in sheer khorma.

  5. 5

    Ready 😋💗
