In a bowl add vinegar and garlic paste. Mix it. Add liver. Mix it well and rest for 15 minutes

Wash it properly and put in strainer to remove water.
Add ginger garlic paste, and cook for few seconds. Add tomatoes paste, chopped green chillies, salt and cook until tomatoes become soft.

In a pan take oil heat it. Add liver and fry it for 5 minutes.
Add masala and all spices and cook till seperates.

In the last add Lemon and cook for 2-3 minutes Turn off flame. Transfer to plate, garnish with mint leaves and serve with roti.
