Add water beef and salt in pan then add souf,sabut dhaniya,onion, green chillies,ginger piece and cover and let it cook it will take almost 1 hour 40 mints to be done..

Then take a pan add oil and onions saute them then add ginger garlic paste and cloves,round black pepper,bay leaves then add potato and fry them then after 5 mints add tomatoes,green chilli paste

Then simmer for 10 mints then add salt then again cover and let it cook until potatoes tenderize and now separate meat from yakhni

Then add beef and strain yakhni in the pan cook for 5 mints then add soaked rice

Now add 2 slices tomatoes mints leave and green chillies and cook until water soak then put on dum for 10 mints

Then serve with raita and enjoy...
