Heat sauce pan add water and milk powder boil it for 5mins. Add sugar and stir it well.

Cut bread slices into triangle. Then fry it on medium flame till golden brown from both sides.

Make syrup by adding sugar cardamom and kewra water. Now pour it onto the fried slices. Let it soak for a few minutes.

Now pour milk on top of shahi Tukaray.

Garnish it with crushed almonds. Keep in fridge and serve it accordingly.
