First in a bowl, first strain all the dry ingredients. Then mix it well.

Then in a separate bowl, add all the wet ingredients and mix everything well.

Now it's time for mixing wet and dry ingredients together.

By using cut and fold method, mix it well.

Grease a cake tin and place butter paper. Again grease the paper with some melted butter. (you can use oil too)

Preheat your oven on 180°. Bake it for a hour. Check after 30 minutes.

Take a bowl and add water. Add 2 tbsp water and make some sugar syrup.

For making the Ganache. Add the dark chocolate and fresh cream in the microwave for 1 minute at 30 seconds interval.

Then cut the cake into four layers. (you can totally skip this part).

Apply sugar syrup on each layer and spread the Ganache we made earlier.

Then whip some cream until stiff peaks.

Decorate with cream as you want. I have used chocolate shavings for decoration and a cherry.
