Soak dal for an hour.. then put in pan adding 1 cup water & let it cook

It will be fine cook after 10 minutes..

Now in pan take oil cumin seeds.let it splutter and add all masalas and satute and add palak satute for 5 minutes add in dal

Adjust constituency by adding water.. cook for 5 minutes..now make a tadka of ghee and crushed garlic and add in dal at serving time.. serve with parathas
