2 cupMaida
1 cupPisi cheeni
1 cupDesi ghee
1/4 cupBaisan
2 tbsSooji
2 tbsMilk powder
1 tspElaichi powder
1 tspVanilla essence
2 tbsCrushed almond
Egg for brushing
1 tspBaking powder

Steps

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

Knead them with hands

It will turn out in a coarse dough

Now rest the dough for about 20 mins in fridge

Now make small balls and place on baking tray

Slightly press with thumb

Egg wash

Bake in preheated patila for about 20 mins
