Steps

Knead dough by wheat flour,1 tsp ghee, and maida mix with water as needed and keep aside. The dough should not be hard or too soft.

Heat a pan, add ghee, and roast Rava till you get a nice aroma, then add powdered cane sugar and mix it well, add cardamom powder and mix it properly.

Roast a walnut and blend it, it should not be powder. Walnut should be coarsely ground. Add these to rava mixture and mix it properly. Keep the mixture cool down.

Take a dough, knead it again with applying oil on hand. Take a small ball, make a small puri and fill it with the mixture on one side and cover it with the other half and seal it with water and make a design at the side.

Make all the puri in the same process. Deep fry all gujhiya in frying oil on a medium flame Remove it on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.

Your gujhiya is ready. Enjoy !!!!
