In a bowl,take 1 cup Warm Milk.Add 1 tbsp sugar,2 tbsp dry yeast.Mix and cover it.Keep it for 1 hr in warm place.

After 1 hr,add 2 cup refined flour and mix well.Make dough, spread oil and keep it for 1 hr again.

For stuffing,roast walnuts and Cashew nuts.Remove from the pan.Now take a pan,put Cottage cheese, roasted walnuts and Cashew nuts, coconut powder,1 Cardamom.Cook for 2 mins, remove from the pan.

Now divide the dough into 2 portion and roll it.Take both and roll it again.Cut it with a cutter.

Put the stuffing and roll it like Crosiant.Take a baking tray,put butter paper and put the Crosiant.Brush it with egg.

Preheat the oven for 5 mins,put it in 220° for 15-20 mins in high rack.

Serve it with Tea/Coffee.
