I wanted to make something using okara so I researched different recipes and came up with my own variation!

If you use ground chicken, it will taste light. If you use ground pork, it will be juicy! You really only have to mix and fry. I make this about once a week. It tastes good if you dip it in ketchup. Recipe by Koni-

100 grams○Ground pork (or chicken)
5 tbsp○Panko
5 tbsp○Katakuriko
3 tbsp○Mayonnaise
1○Salt and pepper

Put all of the ○ ingredients into a bowl and use your hand to knead them together until they form a lump.

Once the mixture has come together, divide into bite-sized portions. Heat a frying pan coated with oil and pan-fry until both sides are crisp and browned. Then they're done.
