Marinate the meat in pepper and salt and keep aside

Mix all the ingredients, add water to the top and pressure cook for 5-6 whistles on sim.

Optional- blanch palak, radish and keep aside

Boil and keep your pasta ready, I’ve used egg chowmein here.

Once done, ladle out the chicken stock you prepared on your noodles. Garnish with coriander (Palak/ radish), tablespoon of a mix of soya sauce and dry chillies.
