Steps

Melt half cup chocolate along with butter and oil. Now to it add powdered sugar, mix everything well until it gets dissolves completely.

Now keep a strainer over it and add all the dry ingredients like, maida, cournflour, baking powder & cocoa-powder. Strain them and mix curd in it.

Mix everything well by fold and cut method. Donot whisk them, just combine everything well. Now add milk and mix everything well again.

Now take a kadai for pre-heating with it's base covered with salt and a stand over it. Cover it and pre-heat the kadai for 5 mins on high flame and then 3 mins. on medium flame.

Till then grease the cake -tin or brownie-tin with some oil and apply the butter paper on it and finally pour the brownie mixture into it. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips over it. Now place the mould/tin over the stand and cover it immediately. Now bake it on a low flame for about 30 to 40 mins.

Demould it when it cools down. Then cut them into pieces. Decorate it with some chocolate sauce over it. Enjoy with your loved ones........
