Take a pan. Add milk and boil it.

Now flame should be slow.stirr it regularly.

Add sugar. When milk reduces means left half switch off the gas.

Now cool it on room temperature. Then keep in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Chopped fruits and put in air tight box and keep in freezer for 2-3 hours.

Now Rabdi will cool. Put in bowls and add mix crunchy fruits.
