Frankie - Cheese, Mayo, Schezwan

In a pan add oil and put garlic ginger chilli paste as per your taste.
Add chopped onions
Add 2-3 tbsp frankie masala
Add 1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi - 2
Add boiled, mashed potatoes mix it well and turn off the flame.

Now shape the potato mixture into long patty like thing and toast it.

For the wrap you can make it like a normal roti but with 1/2 maida and 1/2 wheat flour dough.
First cook it on both sides partially and then at time of making the frankies cook it with butter like a paratha. - 5
Take a frankie wrap and apply mayo, ketchup, schezwan sauce.

Apply the aloo patty, some raw cabbage, capsicum and onion. Sprinkle frankie masala. Grate some cheese.
