You know, the white-pink stuff they serve with hibachi. Buttery, sweet, salty, tangy, and easily customizable. Great for fried rice!

Melt butter and mix with mayo in small bowl.

Thoroughly combine with ketchup, mirin, and vinegar. It will not yet be drizzle-able, though it could easily coat a meal without clumping up. Look for a tan-pink color, not too red or white.

Add sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and white pepper. Taste and adjust as desired, keeping in mind that sweetness should predominate!

Add splashes of water until at desired consistency. Drizzling is best; check that a spoon dipped in trails sauce for 1-2 seconds. If too thin, add more mayo or ketchup.

Refrigerate or simply toss into meal!
