Tomato and Napa Cabbage with Tofu Skin Rolls (Vegetarian)

I had leftover tofu skin rolls from hot pot and wasn't sure what to do with them, so I cooked them with Napa cabbage. It turned out pretty tasty.

I had leftover tofu skin rolls from hot pot and wasn't sure what to do with them, so I cooked them with Napa cabbage. It turned out pretty tasty.

Slice the ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the tomato and Napa cabbage with a little water. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Once softened, add the seasonings and tofu skin rolls.

The tofu skin rolls will absorb the excess broth, making the Napa cabbage more flavorful. Once the rolls are soft, remove from heat.
