Take a bowl add besan onion green chili salt red chili powder coriander leaves and seeds cumin seeds tarmaric powder soda carom seeds mix and add some water keep aside for 1hours/ take a pan add oil heat and fry pakora it in hot oil and keep aside

Take mixer jar add curd besan red chili powder tarmaric powder ginger garlic green chili paste and blend well and transfer pan add more water mix and keep for stir cook well then to thick fom and add pakory mix well and cook

Now add coriander leaves and garammasala and chat masala mix

Take a pan add oil heat add mustard seeds cumin seeds fenugreek seeds dry red chili green chili curry leaves onion stir fry and add curry mix well and Flame off

Transfer into serving bowl and enjoy with boil rice
