Quick rosemary - garlic potatoes

Boil potatoes, rosemary, garlic, and salt in pot of water till tender but firm, drain set aside.

In non-stick pan put a tsp of margarine and a tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat. Add the potatoes.

Cook for about 3 minutes per side, on low heat until golden, then turn the potatoes.

Complete the second batch if using a small pan. Brown all sides of the potatoes for a fine crisp coat.

Serve with favorite salad, I had mine with steamed cabbage
