Ingredients

100 gmsoil
150 gmsdark chocolate
1 cupcastor sugar
2 tspvanilla essence
1/2 cupmilk
1 cupmaida
2 tspbaking powder
2 packetsoreo biscuits
2 tbspchocolate sprinkles
1kitkat
as neededFew nutties
For ganache
200 gmschocolate chopped
125 gmscream

Steps

Sieve the flour, baking powder and keep aside
Cut the chocolate into pieces, add oil and microwave for 1 min. Whisk the chocolate well

Add castor sugar, vanilla essence and milk and mix it well. Add the sieved flour and mix it well. Break some oreo biscuits into pieces and add it to the flour mixture give a final mix

Pour the batter in a 6 inch round baking tin with parchment paper or greased tin. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins at 180°C. Cool for 10 mins remove from tin

Ganache
Heat the cream on flame till it bubbles appear off the flame and add the chopped chocolate mix well till it appears like sauce

Pour the ganache over the cake. Sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles and decorate it with kitkat nutties and oreo biscuits at the edge of the cake or as you like.
