Soak pudina leaves into water for some time so that dirt will settle down.

Wash pudina leaves will and chop it.

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, pudina, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, ajwain and ghee.Mix well.

Make a soft dough with the help of water.

Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.

Make balls from the dough, roll it and then apply little ghee all over on the rolled roti (semi-circle) and now fold it again. Apply little ghee and fold it. (triangular shape)

Roll it with the help of dry flour.

Cook on hot tawa with little ghee.

You can use oil if you want.
