Steps

Prepare the ingredients: wash the clams, shred the cheese, and boil water. Boil the clams a couple of minutes, until they open up

Add a spoonful of white wine, and add shredded parmigiana cheese on top of the clams that have opened up.
Cook in the oven for about 3-5 minutes (350F/180C) until the cheese has melted. Don't overcook :-)

Decorate with parsley. Serve immediay.
