Blanch pork leg in hot water and remove after about 1 min. Remove, set aside

Heat up water on stove with prepped bah kut teh mix (bag)

Place pork legs into the pot

Add seasoning and cut-up mushrooms together with onion, garlic into the pot

Close lid and stew for about 40 minutes

Season to taste and serve!

DIG IN with rice and side vegetables!
