Kulcha Naan with Chole

First take a bowl add all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, salt & Refined oil.

Mix all the items After that add yoghurt.

Further add water as per you required for making soft & smooth dough

Then cover for 4hrs

After 4hrs divide the dough into equal parts

Roll the dough into oval or circle shape

Then sprinkle kalonji & coriander leaves. After that brush With water at one side over kulcha.

Put tawa on a middle flame after that put in low flame then sprinkle water & add kulcha.

Then cover with Kadahai dhakkan for 2 min than again uncovered & rotate different side as you make roti for 2min more.

After you see that colours came in your kulcha then brush with butter both the side.

And finally serve hot kulcha with Chole..
