First, take 1 cup ghee
And add 1 cup powdered sugar to it. Wisk that well for 5-7 mins until thick and creamy. - 2
To that add 1 cup Maida 1/2 cup besan and 4 tbsp sooji(Rava). Mix it well.

Pop that out in the fridge for 15 mins for the dough to set.

Now take small balls of the dough add that to a baking tray or in the cake tin for baking. Add some almonds and pistachios. Flatten it a bit

You can bake them in the oven at 180°C for 15misn or in a kadhai.

For baking in a kadhai add some salt to the base place a stand over it and add the baking plate. Cover the kadhai and bake nankhatai.
